Production Process

SUPPLY
Our specialised fleet of vehicles only transports the best products to be processed in our company. Our working methods are flexible and meet the customer’s specific wishes.

PLUCKING

READY TO COOK
After we have processed the chickens they are ready for cooking or the rotisserie. The insides have been removed and recovered for other preparations.

COOLING TUNNEL
In one long cooling tunnel, we store our products as soon as possible in an optimum environment to guarantee the quality, storage life and freshness.

CUTTING
We cut the meat in our company for use in various preparations later. This is how the chicken is portioned and cut up. The meat is removed and deboned.

SHIPMENT

PREPARING
